Hi, I’m Di—founder of Strengthology Shift, and I know exactly how you feel because I’ve been where you are.

I’m a 45 year-old mother of three boys, so I understand the challenges of juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at you. Like many women, I used to feel stuck in a body I didn’t recognise. I tried everything—diet fads, cardio classes, and quick fixes—but nothing seemed to stick.

It wasn’t until I discovered the magic of strength training that everything changed.

  • I stopped chasing unsustainable diets and started eating in a way that worked for my body (and yes, I still enjoy wine and chocolate).
